REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Sunday Tern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for the first tee or the nineteenth hole, we are here to help. This policy is issued by TOTB Threads LLC dba Sunday Tern.

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

3. EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges for size swaps. If you need a different size in the same style, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return and ship your new size out at no additional cost to you, subject to inventory availability.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
